According to the China Mould Industry Yearbook compiled by China Die & Mould Industry Association, the proportion of mold sales volume accounted for the largest proportion of injection molds, accounting for 45%; stamping molds accounted for about 37%; casting molds accounted for about 9%; About 9%. With the development of industry, China's requirements for mold precision are getting higher and higher, and more and more tend to develop precision injection molds.
The precision injection mold is mainly composed of eight systems, which are divided into: casting system, guiding system, forming system, core pulling system, ejection system, temperature regulation system, exhaust system and supporting components. Precision injection molds require high precision compared to other molds, so they need to be designed in strict accordance with these eight systems. The pouring system refers to the passage through which the molten plastic enters the mold cavity from the nozzle of the injection machine, and is mainly composed of a main flow channel, a runner, a gate, and a cold well. The guiding system means that the mold can be accurately aligned when the mold is closed, and is mainly composed of a guide pillar, a guide sleeve, a positioning block and the like. The molding system mainly refers to the movement, and the parts of the fixed mold part which are composed of the cavity are mainly composed of the mold core, the insert and the like. The core pulling system is mainly composed of a slider (row position), a slanting top, and the like. The ejector system refers to the device that the plastic is pushed out from the cavity after the mold is divided, and is mainly composed of a thimble, a top block and the like. The temperature regulation system refers to the function of satisfying the mold temperature of the injection process, and cooling the mold and cooling the water. The exhaust system refers to the gas which volatilizes the air in the cavity and the clinker itself during the molding, and is mainly composed of the matching gap of the inserts of the mold, the thimble with the gap, and the additional exhaust groove. Support system refers to the components used to mount or support molding, parts and other mechanisms.
