2. Production control. Things like the hot runner plug iron and PIN pin stuck to the mold in the table should be avoided as much as possible.
3. The fetal problems should be avoided. The design and manufacturing process of plastic mold processing is "pregnancy". At this time, there should be no faults, otherwise maintenance will be unavoidable. For example, the design and material of the 7 major systems of the mold will not be discussed one by one.
4. Mold maintenance. Normally, the primary and secondary maintenance in production and the tertiary maintenance in the mold repair department should be solidly in place. Any drawing dust should be avoided, spring breakage, thimble jam, shoveling chicken stab, etc. should be avoided.
5. Standardization and inventory of wearing parts. The thimble/spring/tube/guide post/guide sleeve should be unified as far as possible and kept in stock.
6. Standardization of operating procedures, personnel training and performance appraisal.
