Are the operators familiar with the quality standards of the pre-production products:
1. The plastic injection molding plant stated that the processing method should be correct, such as: the nozzle position must be cut flat or flat, and other edge parts must not be scratched or cut;
2. Check the appearance for shrinkage, mixing, top height, lack of glue, material flowers, etc. The final receiving degree may not be clear;
3. Products with strict appearance requirements, such as mirrors, knobs, smooth surfaces, etc., without spraying and external assembly, must not have fingerprints, etc. The workbench should be kept clean, and no scratches or scratched products are allowed;
4. Carry out a comprehensive inspection of the product every 30 minutes, carefully check the samples and quality inspection packaging instructions to ensure that the production product qualification rate reaches 100%;
5. At the same time, pay attention to whether the machine nozzle leaks glue, whether the funnel needs to be fed, whether there is a problem with the mold, and whether the production task is completed every hour;
6. Overview of plastic injection molding, carefully check the quantity after filling a box, fill in the label paper correctly, pay attention to whether the wrong label is attached, and put the goods into the designated area and place them neatly.
