In the design of precision injection molds, the parting surface is to take out the formed plastic parts from the mold cavity or to meet the needs of molding inserts and exhausts, according to the structure of the plastic parts, directly molding The part of the part of the piece is divided into several parts of the contact surface. Precision molds require higher precision than ordinary molds, so the design of the parting surface is critical, and the result of the design will directly affect the mold structure, mold processing difficulty and mold design and manufacturing costs; because the design of the parting surface is for the same product With different results, the design of the parting surface does have some difficulty.

Now introduce the design principle of binsen: 1. The mold parting surface should be selected at the maximum contour of the plastic part. This is the most basic selection principle. 2, to ensure the appearance quality and accuracy of the product, the parting surface can not be selected between the smooth surface and the appearance of the plastic, so as not to affect the appearance quality of the part. 3. The selection of the mold parting surface should be beneficial to the exhaust. The parting surface is the main exhaust channel in the mold structure. It should be placed at the end of the plastic melt flow direction, and should be considered at the same time as the design of the pouring system. The gas in the cavity is discharged. 4, the parting surface should be conducive to lateral core pulling, try to place the lateral core pulling mechanism on the moving mold side. 5. The parting surface should be beneficial to the demoulding of the plastic part. Since the ejection device of the injection molding machine is on one side of the moving mold, the selection of the mold parting surface should be as far as possible to leave the plastic part on the movable mold side after the mold is opened. This helps to set the ejection mechanism in the movable part, and if the ejection mechanism is set in the fixed mold, the complexity of the mold is increased. 6, the selection and design of the parting surface should be conducive to processing and manufacturing. The cost, accuracy and a large part of the injection mold depend on the quality of the parting surface.
